Growing up, I was never the type of pitcher hitters would watch in fear as I warmed up on the mound.
I wasn't a "flame thrower."
More of a crafty lefty (not by choice).
I just couldn't ever develop the top end velocity that every kid dreams of throwing.
Middle school, high school, and even in college.... I tried EVERYTHING.
Spent hours day after day doing drills, lifting weights, and following my coaches teachings to a 'T.'
No matter what I did -- I was stuck in the mid to low 80's.
Now of days, as I travel across the country scouting pitchers, listening to how they are training, what drills they are being told to do, and the mechanical philosophies being crammed down their throat...
I'm in COMPLETE SHOCK.
It's the same outdated and unproven [garbage, trash, bs?] that was spewed out 30 years ago when I was growing up. Only with fancier equipment and new training gimmicks.
As much as I openly bash the old school teachings that are still prevalent today...
30 years ago when I first started coaching -- I was part of the problem.
When you first start coaching, you naturally teach what you were taught.
Passing down the advice you were told as a player as if it were the gospel.
After my first 3 seasons coaching at the college level, I felt numb and almost embarassed because I had walked into the homes of these players and told them and their families how much better I was going to make them.
And I didn't deliver on that promise.
Their velocities barely budged and they didn't reach the full potential that I saw in them.
That feeling did not sit well with me.
When I recruit a player and they come to play for my school, they become a member of my family and I don't let my family members down.
Period.
So from that day on I threw everything I had ever learned out the window and started from scratch.
Questioning every piece of information like a high priced prosecutor and not passing on information to players until I verified that it was true time and time again.
Countless hours were spent watching literally hundreds upon hundreds of player videos, analyzing pitchers from all across the country, from travel ball to pro ball...
When I thought I figured something out, I played devils advocate and forced myself to prove that it was true again.
[Having access to one of the nations top biomechanical analysis labs helps also]
Over the past 30 years, I've identified 5 key laws of pitching biomechanics that can be adapted to any throwing motion.
Apply all 5 laws and you will bust through the 'invisible barrier' that has been handicapping your velocity.
You can find these 5 key laws of pitching biomechanics being applied by some of the most elite college and professional pitchers whom are known specifically for their top end velocity.
In addition, you'll be opening the door to the velocity gains that you were initially expecting from long toss and weighted ball programs.
It doesn't matter if you are a lefty, right, power pitcher, finesse guy...
If you want to increase your velocity by 3-5 mph in the next 3 weeks...
You need to start implementing the 5 Key Laws of Pitching Biomechanics TODAY.
And i've created a special course to help you get started...
